This workshop is available for any Rutgers University affiliated group, organization, department, and faculty or staff to request. This workshop covers these topics: How do we define conflict? What does it mean to reach a resolution? What are the skills and strategies used to resolve conflict? How can I be an active participant? Where can these skills be applied? What and how I communicate matters, so how can I do better?

 

Restorative Justice Workshop

This workshop is available for any Rutgers University affiliated group, organization, department, and faculty or staff to request. This workshop covers these topics: What is Restorative Justice? What are the types of RJ practices and processes? How is RJ different than the traditional justice system in how it approaches conflict? Can RJ practices be applied in different settings? How is RJ being applied at Rutgers? What can I do to apply RJ principals?

*Please Note: Any workshop can be requested by any Rutgers University – New Brunswick affiliated student organization, faculty, student, office, or department. Workshops are typically 1 hour in length, and can be requested through email or phone.
